Are your chemicals safe for my plants, pets, and lawn?
Yes. Every product we use is biodegradable and rinses safely. We pre-rinse landscaping before applying any cleaner so nothing concentrates on a plant. If you have pets, no special prep, they can come out the moment we leave.

Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most of our jobs happen while homeowners are at work. We just need access to the area. We text when we arrive, when we wrap, and send a photo of the finished work. You can come home to a clean home.
How long does it take?
Most exterior house washes finish in 2 to 4 hours. A driveway takes about an hour. A full house plus driveway plus roof soft wash is a half-day job. We give you a real time estimate when we quote.

Not the way we do it. Limestone and soft siding get a low-pressure soft wash with biodegradable cleaners. Roofs get pure soft wash, same pressure as a garden hose. Real pressure only goes on hardscape that can take it. Method always matches the material.
